Returns & Withdrawal

We accept returns exclusively for orders shipped within the United States. You may initiate a return or cancel your order within 7 days of receipt, no questions asked. However, this policy does not apply to custom-made or pre-order items, which are considered final sale.

For orders valued over $200, we cover the cost of return shipping. For all other U.S. returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fees.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Condition Requirements: Ensure that the item(s) remain unused, in their original condition, and include all associated documentation, manuals, and packaging.

  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the order qualifies for complimentary return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and insuring the package for its full value.

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
