Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you ("User") and Gild Archive ("we/us"), applicable to interactions on our website and purchases made through Gild Archive.

1. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Orders become binding upon confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse orders for reasons including, but not limited to, errors in order details or product unavailability.

Full payment is required to confirm an order. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, a full refund will be issued.

2. Payment

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers. Payment must be completed before dispatch.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

3. Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout, excluding PO Box addresses. Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

Responsibility for the products transfers to the customer upon delivery. Ownership is conferred once full payment has been received.

4. Returns and Refunds

We accept free returns for orders over $200, provided the return is initiated within 7 days of the order tracking being marked as delivered.

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, including all packaging and documentation. Refunds, inclusive of initial shipping costs, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned items.

For orders under $200, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Liability

Our products are intended for personal use only. We are not responsible for any commercial or consequential losses.

Our liability for any loss or damage is strictly limited to the purchase price of the products.

6. General

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Gild Archive. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
